Wendy has called the Bay Area her home for nearly 40 years. Married for 37 years with two grown children.

Wendy has specialized in residential real estate for over 27 years serving the Tri-Valley and East Bay communities. She believes strongly in self-improvement, education, and the value of on-going training. she has completed numerous coaching and training seminars including:

In her free time, Wendy loves traveling locally and globally. She was born in Indonesia and grew up in Holland in her formative years. Her parents moved to the United States with their three children to pursue "The American Dream". To this day, this pursuit of the "The American Dream" is what motivates Wendy as a real estate professional.

As an experienced international traveler who speaks Dutch and English fluently, she feels strongly that her international background helps her tremendously in her ability to communicate and relate with all different types of people and cultures.

Wendy and her husband owned several homes in the greater Bay Area. Wendy's husband is a building supervisor, and together, the two have them have a tremendous amount of experience in remodeling and reconstruction of homes.

Wendy's negotiating skills is one of the most important skills a real estate professional can acquire. This is one of the areas of her profession that Wendy thrives at. She loves strategizing and problem solving to help make the transaction come together quickly, efficiently, and beneficial for all parties involved. Buying or selling a home can be a very emotional experience. This is where Wendy's coaching and negotiating skills come into play. She excells at one on one communication skills and working with different family dynamics when working with clients.

Wendy's long term goal is to continue in real estate and expand her skills as a coach, mentor and or teacher - in order to give back what she has learned in this lifetime!
